As of this writing, Redfall is now available now. Redfall is the latest game from Arkane Studios, the developers behind Dishonored and Deathloop. The mentioned games were massive critical successes because they brought something very unique to the table. Unfortunately, reviewers seem to be less than impressed with Redfall.
Although Redfall has crossplay and multiplayer, some reviewers thought that was not enough to salvage the game. Some other reviewers did enjoy their time with the game though. Either way, there are going to be plenty of people who will want to play Redfall. Here, we will tell you exactly how long Redfall is to beat.
How Long Does It Take To Beat Redfall?
Before we tell you exactly how long Redfall is to beat, we need to define some parameters. In most cases, people play video games, not 100% complete them. Most people play the game and complete the content that they see. That means going through the main storyline and completing some of the sidequests that are not out of the way.
For the most normal kind of playthrough, players can expect it to take about 20 hours to complete Redfall. This includes the main story of the game and a good amount of the sidequests that you will find along the way. About 20 hours is an average runtime for a game these days, so it is a pretty normal length game.
How Long To 100% Redfall?
In Redfall, there are plenty of sidequests that you can do throughout the game. On top of that, players will want to collect all of the Grave Locks as well. There are 100 Grave Locks that are hidden away in Redfall. Doing everything in Redfall will mean that you will have to play for at least 30 hours to do so. About 30 hours for a completionist run is not too bad for Redfall.
Now if you want to go through the main campaign and move on, the game becomes much shorter. Players will have to go through about 15 hours of gameplay just to complete the story alone. Note that the main story cannot be completed without beating some of the sidequests which are required. So there are some sidequests that you cannot avoid.
