Ogerpon is unique in that it has several different forms, all of which will give this Pokemon an additional type and a unique form whenever it Terrastalizes. All Ogerpon Mask Forms

Ogerpon has four different mask forms. These are as follows:

Wellspring Mask

Thanks to Ogerpon's ability, Embody Aspect, whenever Ogerpon enters this form, it will subsequently boost its special defense stat. 

Ivy Cudgel will also become a Water-type move when Ogerpon is in this form. 

Hearthflame Mask

The Hearthflame Mask will give Ogerpon a secondary Fire type, making this Pokemon a Grass and Fire-type Pokemon. This is another rare typing seen introduced in the same generation with Scovillain. When in this form, Ogerpon boosts its attack stat, and Ivy Cudgel will become a Fire-type move. 

Cornerstone Mask

The Cornerstone Mask will give Ogerpon a secondary Rock type, making this Pokemon a Grass and Rock-type Pokemon. In this form, Embody Aspect will boost Ogerpon's defense stat, and Ivy Cudgel will become a Rock-type attack. 

Teal Mask

Finally, the Titular Teal Mask will transform Ogerpon but not give it a secondary type. While in its Teal Mask form, Ogerpon is a pure Grass-type Pokemon, and Ivy Cudgel will be a Grass-type attack.
