Best Combat Style (Path) In Lies Of P

Regarding the best Combat Style, aka Path in Lies of P, there is no definite answer as each has well-distributed skill points towards the main attributes that support the respective combat style and starting weapon that go well with the path. 

Moreover, early in the game, you can purchase starting weapons of the other combat styles and invest your skill points towards attributes you want to main, which scales well with your primary weapon and overall build. 

So, the combat style selection will only affect the performance in the very early game, and based on that, we think the Dexterity Combat Style is best for average players as it offers more stamina, a rapier starting weapon that has precise attacks, and less stamina consumption for performing charged attacks. 

If you are a new player with no experience with souls-like games, the best combat style for you in Lies of P will definitely be Balanced or Strength. 

The first offers balanced stats and a great weapon that will easily let you tackle the early game content, whereas the latter has higher HP and defense stats for tanking more hits. 

Which Path Should You Choose In Lies Of P

During our playthrough, we found performing attacks near walls and such surfaces stagger your character, making it easier for enemies to hit you.

And since the game is filled with tight corners, weapons that don't cover broad areas are best suited in Lies of P.
