LoR Star Guardian Event - Start Date, Skins, Guardians, More

It's safe to say that Riot Games is bringing the Summer heat as the game developers are setting up to host a massive event spanning multiple titles. The Star Guardian event, as it's called, is an anime-inspired alternate universe featuring in-game content for League of Legends, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and Legends of Runeterra.

The action will be here soon, and you won't want to miss out on any of the major drops. So follow along with our guide here for all the new Skins, Guardians, Boards, Emotes & Cardbacks coming to Legends of Runeterra as part of the Star Guardians event.

LoR Star Guardians Event - Start Date

Everything will begin when the event officially kicks off on 14th July, upon which the Star Guardian event will run for a 10-week period. Firing up the grand opening of the event is the release of “Everything Goes On”, a song by acclaimed vocalist, songwriter, and producer Porter Robinson. Robinson wrote, produced, and sang on the track. “Everything Goes On,” tells the story of two Star Guardians, each independently coming to terms with their loss and finding the will to move on with their new comrades.

As stated previously, players will be able to unlock tons of exclusive in-game content as part of the Star Guardians event.
