Horizon Forbidden West has added a tribute to late actor Lance Reddick in a new update.
In order to access the tribute, you need to own the Horizon Burning Shores DLC. By exploring the island, you'll be able to find a holographic memorial to Reddick, who passed away earlier this year. Reddick voiced Sylens in the series and was a major focus of Horizon Forbidden West prior to his passing.
Reddick was a prolific actor, known best for his performance as Cedric Daniels in The Wire. He was also a beloved aspect of the Destiny franchise, voicing Commander Zavala in the base game and the many, many expansions that have happened since the game was released. John Wick Chapter 4 also featured the return of his character, Charon, and represented the first film to be released after he passed away.
In a tweet, Guerilla Games had the following to say about the newly added tribute:
"In honor of Lance Reddick, we created a memorial to commemorate the profound impact he had on us all. Thank you, Lance, for everything you brought to the role of Sylens: your gravitas, energy, wisdom, and more. An incomparable talent and friend. We miss you terribly."
