First and foremost, you must defeat Hades, your father, in a dramatic battle. If you manage to survive this final encounter, you will escape the Underworld and experience what appears to be an ending. However, the game challenges you to embark on more runs and presents new options that resemble post-game content. However, you haven't reached the actual post-game stage just yet.

With each successful run thereafter, you won't encounter new endings per se. Instead, the story gradually progresses, akin to your interactions with other characters in the game. The situation on the other side develops further, enticing you to continue your journey.

Upon achieving the tenth successful run in Hades, instead of engaging in another intense battle with your godlike father, Hades himself will allow you to pass and open the way for you. This marks a significant change from previous encounters. From there, all you need to do is follow the path leading to Greece and have a conversation with your mother, Persephone.

In the true ending of Hades, Persephone will return to the underworld alongside her son, Zagreus. As they journey back together, the credits will begin to roll, signifying the conclusion of Zagreus's quest, at least for the time being.

Dedicated players have the opportunity to unlock an epilogue in Hades, which takes place after Persephone's return to the House of Hades. This epilogue provides a chance for players to witness a family reunion between the Olympian gods and the denizens of the underworld.

To experience the epilogue, Zagreus, the protagonist, must first cultivate strong relationships with all of his Olympian acquaintances. Subsequently, he needs to engage in enough conversations with his mother, father, and grandmother to hear them discuss the possibility of hosting a dinner party involving all the Olympian gods. 

Once Zagreus meets the necessary relationship requirements and has these discussions with his family, players can begin inviting various characters to the party, with the opportunity to even have the primordial being Chaos attend. And from there, you can kick your feet up and be fully satisfied in knowing that you've obtained the true ending of Hades.
