Once you reach the shrine, head west of its location and take some time to observe our surroundings, as the statue is very close by. If you cross the main road west of Yamaki shrine, then you've gone too far. 

So on your way there, be on the lookout for a blue bike shed and some cones on the eastern side of the road that you'll first hit when heading west from the shrine. Around here, you'll find the Jizo statue standing in front of the cones and next to a blue metal divider.
