Ghostwire Tokyo Jizo Statue Matsumi Shrine Location

In Ghostwire Tokyo, players can use three elemental abilities: fire, water, and wind. These abilities can be helpful in the early stages of the game, but they become much more useful when upgraded later on. To upgrade these abilities, players need to find Jizo statues scattered throughout the game's map. These statues can be difficult to locate, as they may be hidden or hard to find.

To make the process easier, this guide will provide players with all the information they need to find every Jizo statue in the Matsumi Shrine area of Ghostwire Tokyo.

Ghostwire Tokyo Jizo Statue Matsumi Shrine Location

To access shrine locations such as Matsumi in Ghostwire Tokyo, players must progress through the game until they reach Chapter 4. Once this chapter is unlocked, players can begin their search for Jizo sculptures in Matsumi and other shrine areas.

As a reminder, each Jizo sculpture provides a power boost for one element. For example, discovering a wind sculpture enhances the strength of a player's wind element abilities.

Matsumi Shrine contains two Jizo statues, which may be difficult to locate while fighting or exploring the game world. Therefore, we have provided a breakdown below to help all players find them.

Jizo Statue 1: Wind Statue (Wind SP +1)

The first statue of the Matsumi shrine area can be found on the southeast side of the main shrine area and west of the Hirokawa shrine for reference. It's quite a trick to spot, but if you use your Spectral Vision ability, you can make it easier for yourself. 

If you need a landmark, the statue is slightly north of two nearby Tengu. Just explore the area as shown on the map reference above, and you'll find it fairly quickly. 

Jizo Statue 1: Wind Statue (Wind SP +1)

The second Jizo statue is fairly easy to find near the main Matsumi shrine area. From the shrine, simply head southwest until you reach a built-up area and a road you can jump down. Head straight for a short duration, then make a left between the buildings. 

Head straight down this path until you find the statue lit up in front of you. Beware that there may be some enemies roaming this area, so just be safe and aware of your surroundings, and you'll easily find the statue and unlock new strength for your elemental abilities.
