Square Enix loves to hold seasonal events in Final Fantasy XIV, and it's a great way for players to get their hands on some fun in-game items. This year, the Moonfire Faire is back!
Previously known as the Firefall Faire, this season event is held every year at Summer and typically rewards players with a range of summer-themed cosmetics and items. You'll only have a limited time to get your hands on the yearly offerings, however.
When Does The Moonfire Faire End In Final Fantasy XIV?
For 2024, the Moonfire Faire runs from August 8 up until Monday, August 26. On that day, the event will come to an end at 14:59 GMT. That's just over two weeks that players will get to take part in the Moonfire Faire celebrations.
How To Start The Moonfire Faire Event In Final Fantasy XIV
To take part in the Moonfire Faire event in FFXIV, you'll need to head to Limsa Lominsa. Here, you'll be looking for an NPC called Mayaru Moyaru, who can be found on the Upper Decks near to the Aftcastle Aetheryte. Mayaru Moyaru should be offering a quest called: Fire Red, Beast Green
The exact coordinates for Mayaru Moyaru are: X: 11.5, Y: 13.8. Note that you'll need to have a character that has reached Level 30 in order to take part.
All Moonfire Faire 2024 Event Items
This year, there are two rewards on offer for taking part in the Moonfire Faire. These are:
- Uchiwasshoi Emote
- Bouncing Bomb Balloon Tabletop Furnishing Item
If you're looking to get hold of items from previous years, certain items are available to be purchased via Moonfire Faire vendors.
