Fallout has traditionally offered players a canine companion to share the worries of the wasteland with, and it's a tradition that Team FOLON have kept in Fallout London. You're able to recruit a dog fairly early on in Fallout London's campaign, but he's easy to miss depending on where you go.
Where To Find Churchill the Dog in Fallout London
Fallout London's pup pal is called Churchill, and he can be recruited by the Prilladog dog food factory. As you make your way to Thameshaven, you'll come across an English Bulldog that is being attacked by a pack of stray dogs.
A nearby guard will call out, asking you to protect 'Churchill.' At this point, the stray dogs will become hostile, forcing you to defeat them. Once saved, follow Churchill back to the guard.
Unfortunately, the guard won't be too pleased with you. As it turns out, those stray dogs were actually his that he had been feeding, despite them being feral. You'll then have a few dialogue options to work through. Choose to apologize for your actions and show some empathy and the guard will forgive you. He'll then encourage you to take Churchill with you as he doesn't have the resources to care for him properly.
Greet Churchill and tell him to come along with you. He'll now be available as your companion. You can also then head inside the Prilladog Factory, where you'll find a merchant selling dog food, and a few Prilladog jumpsuits.
