On 9th October, the Dota 2 Battle Pass for The International 10 came to an end, as the prize pool reached the $40 million milestone just 10 minutes before Valve closed the gates. Shortly after the Battle Pass came to an end, Valve revealed the Dota 2 Arcana Vote winner, and some features coming in the next Dota Plus update.
Dota 2 Arcana Vote winner
Dota 2 fans voted for their favourite between the two Dota 2 Arcana Vote finalists, Spectre and Faceless Void.
Over 50 million votes were cast, and in the end, Faceless Void got 24,948,538 votes, while Spectre got 27,475,258 votes. This means Spectre is the Dota 2 Arcana Vote winner, and Valve will start work on creating an Arcana item set for the hero.

In a blog post, Valve teases the Spectre Arcana: The team will set out to design an Arcana befitting Mercurial, the Spectre, channelling her dark energy into forms heretofore unimagined. How will she haunt her quarry?
"In what manner can her refraction erode her enemies? When taking aim with her Spectral Dagger, what deadly colour will she glow? Yes, purple, obviously, but what SHADE of purple? Sit tight, lavender lovers, plum buffs and violet voters. With time all (or maybe some) of these questions will be answered."
Dota Plus update
Valve's Wykrhm Reddy noted some features coming with the next Dota Plus updates, scheduled to release sometime in the week starting 12th October.

Fans can expect more than one Dota Plus update, with the following headlines:
- Updates to Guilds
- New Dota Plus Season
- New MMR reset mechanism
It remains to be seen if these are all the features, or if Valve plans to add even more since the developer did mention "updates" instead of just a single Dota Plus update.
