Diablo Immortal Ice Portal: Dates & How To Claim

First up, the Icecrown Pathway Portal, also called simply the "Ice Portal" by players or the Frostmourne Portal by some of the developers, is a reimagining of the Diablo Immortal portal as an image of the looming Icecrown Citadel, inspired by the raid as well as the iconic sword from World of Warcraft.

Officially called the Icecrown Pathway Portal, this cosmetic addition to your arsenal is available from 11 to 26 July 2024, but you probably won't love the way you can get it.

Pulling off the bandaid right now, you will have to make a real money purchase on Battle.net with the account you log into Diablo Immortal with. The easiest way to ensure you get the Icecrown Pathway Portal is to purchase something for Diablo Immortal, such as a premium Battle Pass or maybe just the smallest bit of Platinum. Blizzard explains how this promotion works:

If you received the Icecrown Pathway Portal as a bonus for any Diablo Immortal real money purchase made through Battle.net, the first character you log into Diablo Immortal with is eligible to claim the portal.

There's a limit of one per character. Be sure to log in with your main Diablo Immortal character when claiming the Icecrown Pathway Portal to avoid any confusion or disappointment.
