Diablo 4 Trembling Mass Elite Location & How To Kill

Are you running into a fleshy, undead wall trying to kill the rare, special elite in Diablo 4's Hawezar region called Trembling Mass, aptly entitled "Endless Parasite," or do you just want to know where to find it?

Don't worry; you are not alone, as one of the things I find entertaining in Diablo 4 right now is going to the Trembling Mass elite spawn location and watching players try to kill this enemy for an hour on end before leaving. Our guide is here to help, ending my fun, as we explain how you can kill the Trembling Mass elite in Diablo 4 and pinpoint its exact location.

Diablo 4 Trembling Mass Location in Diablo 4 Hawezar

If the title wasn't clear enough, the Trembling Mass elite is a rare mob that spawns in Hawezar. Via the image above, we've marked its exact spawn location.

To get to the location, you will need to climb up a little hill by pressing the action button, then get ready to face the "Endless Parasite" in battle.

How To Kill Trembling Mass Elite in Diablo 4

The Trembling Mass isn't the toughest of opponents, with poison damage to avoid, and it can cast fear on players. Most players shouldn't have any trouble taking their health down to zero, but then, the Trembling Mass respawns, keeping to its nickname "Endless Parasite. 

This rare elite in Diablo 4 respawns over and over again in a seemingly endless loop without dropping any loot! Well, there's a trick to killing Diablo 4's Trembling Mass rare elite, as you need to take it down to about 20% health, then stop damaging it.

From here, look on the ground for "Endless Eggs." There are generally three, and you have to kill all of them, then switch back to the Trembling Mass elite and kill it for good before more Endless Eggs spawn.

It is really as simple as that, but we've seen many players not figure out this mechanic. We do recommend doing this solo, as some players might not know how to kill the Trembling Mass, killing it before killing the eggs, causing an endless and frustrating loop.

For your efforts, you will get a selection of random loot and a rare Trembling Ring item to use, which can roll as Sacred or Ancestral as well if you are in World Tier 3 or World Tier 4 difficulty, respectively.
