Diablo 4 is filled with endgame activities, but we believe Nightmare Dungeons are some of the best to quickly farm Glyphs and XP! Yes, Nightmare Dungeons will also be buffed in the future to provide more XP on completion, and using a Sigil will, in a future patch, teleport you directly to the dungeon.

After a whole lot of research and running Nightmare Dungeons, probably over 100 times, we can safely say that the best current Nightmare Dungeons for solo farming can help you not only boost your items significantly but also farm and upgrade Glyphs with speed.

For the fastest solo farming Diablo 4 Nightmare Dungeons tier list, we look at a variety of factors, including average XP per hour, how little backtracking the dungeon objectives have, and how quickly you can get to a specific Nightmare Dungeon.

The S Tier Nightmare Dungeons are the best-of-the-best for solo farming in Diablo 4. Craft Sigils until you find a bunch of them, and put a couple of hours of gameplay time aside to run through six to ten of them. A and B Tier can also work, especially if you get nice affixes, but we suggest salvaging Sigils from the C and D Tier and using the Sigil Powder to craft better ones.

Remember to always farm these best Nightmare Dungeons with monsters that are at least two levels above your character. Upgrade your gear if you have to, and use an Elixir every 30 minutes to gain that 5% increased XP buff.

If you can farm these dungeons at a quick pace with monster levels even higher than two above your character, please do so. The XP gain gets better and better. However, consider using a lower-level Sigil if you die a few times. It is all about speed, of course!
