Diablo 4 Mother's Blessing Returns For Huge Bonus XP & Gold

Attention, Nephalem! Lilith, the Mother of Sanctuary and the Daughter of Hatred has blessed us with some great news! The Mother's Blessing buff (XP & Gold) is returning to Diablo 4 for a limited time, and you will definitely want to take advantage.

Diablo 4 Season 2 (Season of Blood) has been fantastic so far, with Uber Bosses, Blood Harvest events, and a serious return to form from the mess that was Season of the Malignant. With the Mother's Blessing bestowed upon Sanctuary, you can level up very, very quickly, so don't miss out.

Diablo 4 Mother's Blessing Dates & Times

So from November 20, 10 a.m.–November 27, 10 a.m. PST, all Diablo 4 players will earn XP and Gold at a 35% increased rate (multiplicative) in both the Eternal and Seasonal Realms and in all World Tiers.

Yes, this bonus stacks, so you can use the Urn of Experience and Elixirs for a massive XP bonus, leveling up faster than a Treasure Goblin can escape a Barbarian who doesn't have any gap-closing skills equipped. 

Blizzard announced the Mother's Blessing buff for Diablo 4 players, throwing in a bit of lore text and how you can check your increased XP, as well as pointing towards the upcoming endgame event:

For those curious where to attribute this newfound boon, look for the new in-game icon beside your potion count that signifies the increased rate of earning Gold and experience. Use this boost to carve through ranks of the Battle Pass, climb to higher Levels and World Tiers with burning swiftness, and complete your Season Journey so you can confront the trials waiting for you in the Abattoir of Zir on December 5.

Gather round, stoke the fire, and rally your most savvy of companions to decimate demons with renewed fervor. The Blessed Mother’s cruelty is matched by her generosity, but not for long. Rise to new heights and earn more Gold for your bloodlust during Mother’s Blessing!

You will definitely want to make use of the Mother's Blessing in Diablo 4 since the Abattoir of Zir endgame event releases on 5 December 2023. It has some VERY steep requirements for entry, including finishing the Season Journey, which tasks you with killing Uber Duriel twice, completing a Tier 90 Nightmare Dungeon, and slaying Uber Lilith!
