Diablo 4 Cry of Ashava Trophy Missing? How To Get

With Diablo 4 now unleashed and Lilith ravishing the lands of Sanctuary, some players are looking high and low for their Cry of Ashava mount trophy, which they believe they earned during Diablo 4's Server Slam test.

This article explains why some players cannot find their Cry of Ashava mount trophy in Diablo 4 and provides official word from Blizzard on the matter.

Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy Missing in Diablo 4?

First and foremost, there is no Cry of Ashava mount trophy missing bug in Diablo 4. Players are, however, a bit confused, as they believe they have earned one. It is important to note that you only receive the Cry of Ashava mount trophy in Diablo 4 if you killed the world boss at level 20 during the Server Slam beta.

Killing Ashava in the betas, which took place in March, will NOT grant you this cosmetic mount item. Blizzard checked reports on missing Cry of Ashava trophy claims, and community manager PezRadar addressed players on the forums:

We’ve checked a few reports of this coming in and want to remind everyone that you must have killed Ashava during Server Slam at level 20. Killing Ashava during the March betas does not grant this trophy.

Being below 20 during the May test and killing Ashava does not grant the trophy. Killing Ashava in March at any level including 20+ does not grant the trophy. This was a trophy exclusive to Level 20 kills of Ashava during the May Server Slam.

Yes, if you were level 19 when killing Ashava during Server Slam, you will not receive Cry of Ashava. 

Mounts can be unlocked at around levels 33 to 37 once you reach the start of Act IV. You will receive a priority quest called "Mount: Donan's Favor." This quest guides you to the Stable Master in Kyovashad, and after speaking to the NPC, you will have unlocked mounts in Diablo 4. This is when you will actually be able to use the Cry of Ashava mount trophy.

So there you have it; there is no Cry of Ashava trophy missing bug. You will have had to kill the world boss during the Server Slam beta to use this mount cosmetic, and you will have to unlock the mounts feature first!
