Dead By Daylight revealed a list of its most-used killer and survivor perks since the most recent update, and the tier list might contain perks that some players don't expect - and some that everyone absolutely expects (cough, The Artist's Pain Resonance, cough). While there are no doubt a few mainstays in the most-used perks, Dead by Daylight's developers have been constantly switching up the meta since last year's perk overhaul, and the pick rates reflect that.
Here's a list of the most-used perks for both killers and survivors in Dead by Daylight as of the 7.1.0 update.

Behaviour mentioned in a recent post's replies that just because pick rates are high doesn't mean that changes are coming to any of these perks. "Pick rates arent everything," the team said, "we also need to consider why these perks are used as much as they are and how powerful they may (or may not) be."
Not necessarily. Pick rates aren't everything, we also need to consider why these perks are used as much as they are and how powerful they may (or may not) be. Data is just one factor to consider, feedback and design intention are equally important.
