Multiplayer Mode Announced for Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney fans, rejoice! A new multiplayer mode called ValleyVerse is coming soon to Disney Dreamlight Valley that will allow you to visit other players’ valleys, trade items, and interact with your friends.

Ever since Disney Dreamlight Valley entered early access, the multiplayer mode has been one of the most requested features, and it will finally be a part of the global launch update coming on December 5, 2023. The update will also introduce the first expansion for the game, called A Rift In Time, which will add a new area, characters, and quests to explore.

The ValleyVerse will let you invite up to three friends at a time to your valley via a rainbow teleporter. You will be able to see your friends’ avatars and chat with them using emojis or voice messages.

You will also be able to access other players’ Scrooge McDuck’s stores and exchange items with them by dropping them on the ground. 

The developers have also hinted that the multiplayer mode will continue to evolve over time, with new ways to interact with your friends added in future updates. You can watch the full Disney Dreamlight Valley showcase below, where all of the above announcements were made:
