NBK goes international on OG - The French Kingmaker reborn

A staple of top tier French Counter-Strike for over ten years across Source and GO, Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt is now embarking on his first international venture in his career.

VaKarM’s ‘Future Hope of the Year 2009’ joined France's best team, VeryGames, at fifteen-years-old. Under the leadership of Kevin "Ex6TenZ" Droolans, 2010 saw NBK crowned both ‘Player of the Year’ and ‘Sniper of the Year’.

Known for his versatility, NBK has taken up any role, AWPing, supporting, in-game leading and even accidentally Negeving for his previous teams in search of success.

As a result, NBK has gone on to become one of the most renowned names in Europe. Dubbed the 'Kingmaker', he has been a consistent presence in France's best teams alongside some of its brightest stars from Richard "shox" Papillon to Kenny "kennyS" Schrub to Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut.

Wins at over twenty notable LANS as well as two Major titles to his name make NBK also one of France's most decorated esports players. At DreamHack Cluj-Napoca 2015, it was kennyS who claimed the event MVP award, but NBK's 25 kills on Cobblestone helped power EnVyUs to ViCtoRy in the grand final.

The roster he joins is a first for OG as they expand their brand into the CS:GO space. Alongside a deposed Finnish leader, former North superstar, Jordan's finest talent and a promising young talent, the lineup will be seeking to climb the ranks and prove themselves as one of the game's teams to watch in 2020.

With an impressive pedigree and extensive experience, NBK could well be key to building OG up from the inside into a true contender.
