COD: Mobile Season 2 will have iconic Shipment map from Modern Warfare

All the way back in 2007, the Shipment map released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This map delivered a frantic experience, and we can still remember hiding from airstrikes in the tiny spaces. With COD: Mobile Season 2, Shipment will finally arrive on your mobile device.

Rumours and leaks have previously pointed towards Shipment being one of the new COD: Mobile maps.

We already know another Modern Warfare classic, Shoot House, will be added to the game, and now, the developers have confirmed Shipment as one of the new COD: Mobile Season 2 maps.

This won't be the original map released in 2007. Instead, it will be the recreated Shipment which released in 2019 with the Modern Warfare reboot.

This might not come as much of a surprise for those who have been following COD: Mobile Season 2 leaks, rumours and teases from the developer.

In the early hours of the morning on 5th March 2021, the developers announced: "You guessed it... and it's coming! New multiplayer map, Shipment is in transit and arriving to COD: Mobile as a part of Season 2!"

The wording "as part of Season 2" could mean Shipment's release date might not coincide with the release date of Season 2, which is 10th March 2021.

There's a chance we might see Shipment release in COD: Mobile later in the season. For now, all we know is Shipment is definitely headed to the mobile sensation, and we should brace ourselves for some incredibly frantic matches.
