One of these secrets is the mythological god Odin's mythical spear, called Gungnir. How to unlock Gungnir in Assassin's Creed Valhalla
Hidden in Valhalla is special, unique mythical weapons ripped straight from Norse mythology such as Thor's hammer Mjolnir, and others such as Excalibur. Unlike many other of the unique weapons, Gungnir requires you to first finish the game's main story.

To unlock Gungnir, you need to meet a few requirements. First off, you need to complete the game's main story.
Once the main story is completed, you need to head back to Norway and complete the story arc called "A Brother’s Keeper".
This will lead you through a series of quests with the final one being "In the Hall of the Slain, where you will fight Odin himself while he is wielding his mighty legendary spear.
After this encounter, you will face another enemy called Basim, a member of the Hidden Ones. As the final cutscene completes, you can set out on your search for Gungnir in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
Where is Gungnir in Valhalla?
Simply defeating the Norse god Odin and Basim isn't enough, as Odin doesn't drop Gungnir on defeat. Instead, you will need to do a bit of travelling to find Gungnir in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
The Gungnir location in Assassin's Creed Valhalla is in the Norway region. You must head to the Northeastern part of the map, in a region called Hordafvlke. Sigurd will ask you to escort him to the cave.
While there are slopes and rough terrain in this region, you can take a shortcut by travelling via sea. Once in the area, you need to climb a giant fjord.

At the end of your path lies a cave called Goinnhellir. Go inside and make your way to the very end of the cave to claim Odin's mythical spear, Gungnir, which is in the side of a wall.
