No word was given by the organisation nor Fahzix himself yet as to the reason behind his removal. In April, Fahzix had decided to take a break from professional Overwatch, wanting to take some time to work on streaming and 'improving [himself] as a person.' It is likely that he continues to do this while considering his options as the current OWL Season draws to a close in his absence.

This news comes less than two weeks after former Team Envy players Elliot "ELLIVOTE" Vaneryd and Lukas "LullSiSH" Wiklund had delays in attaining visas that saw them forced to sit out the final games of Stage 4 in Overwatch League Season 2. The two players will have to wait until next year to make their OWL debut for Washington Justice.

With Season 2 being the debut of Washington Justice, being the last team announced in the expansion between seasons, the team are currently 5-0 in Stage 4, with their final games against Atlanta Reign (3-0) and Paris Eternal (2-3). This is a vast improvement from Stage 3, where Justice went 0-7, and the first stage this Season where the team has won more than a single game.

Unfortunately, this surge came too late and Washington Justice will not be in the playoffs as they cannot make top 12 to try qualify through the postseason play-in.

Fahzix had previously played on NRG Esports in Overwatch Contenders Season 1 and 2, before Washington Justice announced him as part of their first starting roster in the OWL. There are four remaining Support players including Yeonjoon "ArK" Hong, formerly of New York Excelsior. Nikola "sleepy" Andrews, Hyeon-woo "Hyeonu" Cho and Gi-do "Gido" Moon are the other three Supports with pedigree from San Francisco Shock and Seoul Dynasty in the mix.
