This insanely photorealistic forest was made in Dreams

One of the last PlayStation 4 exclusives before the next generation of consoles is the sandbox title Dreams.

Dreams is not a game per se, but a game creation system, which allows for some unbelievable creations. With it, people have created some really amazing things, a whole new games for people to play or explore, but we would never have thought that Dreams are ably to produce this level of photorealism.

But this is precisely the case with this forest levels created by BadRobo82, a Youtuber who is sharing videos of his creations. He currently has around a dozen videos of this forest he created in dreams and says that he is doing them for his new game. We don't know much about the game, but we now that the forest he is creating looks beyond amazing, almost unbelievably realistic, like someone is walking through the woods with a camera that's a bit out of focus/misty.

When asked to explain realistic light, he said: "The right colour for the sculpture and the right light for every meter in the scene. A ton of work."

He also added that these are just small parts of the level he is creating and that he doesn't want to reveal too much, because his goal is to create a full game with the story in it, and he doesn't want to spoil that.
