Persona 5 Tactica will have a New Game Plus mode at launch; Atlus has confirmed in a new eight-minute-long video that also reveals more details about the game's combat and quests.
If you didn't know, Persona 5 Tactica is a new Persona 5 spinoff strategy RPG where the Phantom Thieves face off against a medieval military group called Legionnaires.
The original Phantom Thieves members, like Joker, Morgana, Makoto, Futaba, Ann, Ryuji, and Haru, return alongside a new strong-willed freedom fighter named Erina.
While Persona 5 Tactica is a mechanically different game from Persona 5 and Persona 5: Strikers, it's an RPG at heart, and as such, will have a New Game Plus mode where all your Personas, Gear, and Money carries over to the new save file.
It goes without saying that the New Game Plus mode in Persona 5 Tactica will be available once you have beaten the game once.
Starting a New Game Plus mode in Persona 5 Tactica will also unlock additional rewards, like new Concept arts, which you can view from the game's Report section.
Persona 5 Tactica will be released on 17 November 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It will also be available on day one on Xbox Game Pass.
