How To Get The Courtyard Building Add-On In Palia?

Developer Singularity 6 has highlighted key content and features that will be arriving in their cozy MMO Palia courtesy of the recent roadmap. Some of these content additions were stated to be coming to the game following the 0.178 patch update in March 2023, which saw plenty of new features for the Housing System, including new Housing blueprints.

The first of these was confirmed for the 0.179 patch recently, as the Courtyard Building Add-on, a new building included in this patch update, will hopefully allow Palians to "level up" their homes (and Housing Plots) with this specific add-on, which is available for them to acquire and construct.

According to the 0.179 patch update, the Courtyard Building Add-on is available to acquire from City Hall in the village square. Palians can interact with the cash register on the counter, behind which Kenyatta is seen, and access the City Hall shop.

They can purchase the Courtyard blueprint for a whopping 20,000 Gold before returning to their Housing Plot to begin placement. To construct the Courtyard, it requires specific resources that Palians may need to forage for when exploring Kilima Village and Bahari Bay, which are as follows:

The Courtyard Building Add-on comes in four different configurations, which Palians can choose from to suit their home's aesthetics best: open with railings, open without railings, solid walls, and stairs. However, when placing the Courtyard Building Add-on, it must be attached to existing building structures, which they might need to move around or remove any structures that are preventing it from being placed down.

It's unclear if the cost of the Courtyard Building Add-on increases each time it's purchased, given that other items available at City Hall have, including the rooms, Hallway Sections, and Kilima Bay Windows. Therefore, Palians will need to continue making money from gardening and other activities to aid them in acquiring the Courtyard Building Add-on.
