After a long offseason, the Overwatch League has finally returned. The fifth season of OWL features perhaps the biggest change in competitive Overwatch's history, as it will be played using a beta version of the sequel's PvP.
Switching from 6v6 to 5v5 compositions, bringing new game modes such as Push, hero reworks and massive balance changes, Overwatch League is sure to be a completely different experience, even for those that have been watching OWL since the very beginning.
One thing remains the same, however, and that's the viewership rewards system that features League Tokens and exclusive skins. Tokens, if you're unaware, can be used to purchase team skins in Overwatch.
With all cosmetics confirmed to migrate from Overwatch 1 to 2, that means you won't have to worry about spending those Tokens before the sequel's launch.
Here's everything you need to know about Overwatch League Tokens, including how to connect your accounts, how to get them, and more.
Overwatch League Tokens - How to get
The Overwatch League revealed that a total of five League Tokens will be given out each hour. Before anything else, you must make sure your Battle.net and YouTube accounts are linked. You can verify this by clicking right here.
