Lost Ark features a plethora of island activities for players to complete when exploring Arkesia on the high seas. While there are dozens of islands worth visiting, some like Asura Island are inaccessible to players at particular times of the day.
These islands are known as Adventure Islands, which depending on the event available, will only be active at specific time frames. This guide will detail everything you need to know, including where to find it and what events are available to complete.
Where to Find Asura Island in Lost Ark?
According to the Lost Ark Interactive Map, Asura Island is located in the Tempest Sea, below the Lowen continent in Arkesia. Since Asura Island is an Adventure Island, you can check if the island is active using Procyon's Compass.
This item allows you to view all scheduled events and dungeons, including Adventure Islands. First, open the Procyon's Compass tab by clicking the compass icon beneath the mini-map in the top left corner of the screen.
Next, select Adventure Island from the list in the "Appearance Info" drop-down menu and then enable the in-game alarm. Doing this will notify you when the event on Asura Island is available.
All Asura Island Quests in Lost Ark
Upon arriving on Asura Island, players can wait for a while for a set of cooperative quests to be triggered automatically. Players must complete these quests to access the island's questline to be rewarded with the Asura Island Token.

- How to start Lost Ark Kadan story episode and requirements
- Lost Ark Arkesia Grand Prix - How to join, race times and abilities
Nonetheless, to obtain the Asura Island Token, you'll need 100 Blood Shards, which can be achieved by completing the cooperative quests and meeting their objectives to collect its rewards.
Lost Ark - Soothing the Spirits quest
The first cooperative quest you'll receive is a PvE quest, "Soothing the Spirits", which requires you to eliminate 200 Resentful Spirits. Resentful Spirits drop a specific item called Blood Shards, which depending on your current rank, you can get a certain number of Blood Shards.
The primary objective of the "Soothing the Spirits" quest is to accumulate the most Blood Shards to receive rewards. Earning a top place finish depends on how many Resentful Spirits you have eliminated during the quest.
Lost Ark - Soothing the Spirits Rewards
The rewards tier looks as follows:
- First Place: Earn 15 Blood Shards and 1,500 Silver
- Second Place: Earn 14 Blood Shards and 1,000 Silver
- Third Place: Earn 13 Blood Shards and 750 Silver
Players who don't earn a top-three finish in the quest can still earn rewards by participating. Every player will receive 10 Blood Shards and 500 Silver after completing the quest.
Lost Ark - Showing Strength Quest
The second part of the cooperative questline is a PvP quest called "Showing Strength," where players will battle each other in a free-for-all Deathmatch. The primary objective for this quest is to get 600 points amongst the participating players, where a kill awards you with 10 points, and assists are worth five points.
The Showing Strength quest does take some strategy if you wish to place well on the leaderboard. There are rewards on hand for players who record high points during the quest.
Lost Ark - Showing Strength Rewards
The rewards tier looks as follows:
- First Place: Earn 100 Blood Shards and 50,000 Silver
- Second Place: Earn 80 Blood Shards and 30,000 Silver
- Third Place: Earn 70 Blood Shards and 20,000 Silver
- Fourth Place: Earn 50 Blood Shards and 10,000 Silver
Additionally, by participating in this Deathmatch-style quest, participating players who don't get a top-four finish can earn 20 Blood Shards and 10,000 Silver for their efforts. By keeping track of your Blood Shards, once you've collected 100 Blood Shards, you can exchange them for the Challenge of Blood item.
This item is essential because purchasing and consuming it will trigger the island's main questline required to earn the Asura Island Token. You can buy the Challenge of Blood item from the Island Spirit located on the island's eastern side.
After consuming the item, complete the island's questline, starting with "A Mysterious Creature" and concluding with "Gangwoon's Rematch" will reward you with gold, silver, Courage and the Asura Island Token. Since players won't have 100 Blood Shards during their first visit, they'll need to revisit it when the island is available.
Complete the island's main questline, and you'll be rewarded with the Island Token. If you wish to exchange the token for more rewards, you can locate the vendor NPC, Opher, at Lonely Island.
