The short answer is no, you cannot move your village in LEGO Fortnite. This means, once you place your Village Square, it is fixed to that spot and cannot be moved. 

Now you have two options here, you can either destroy your current village or you can create a new one at the new location. Among these two options, the second one makes sense as it is easier to do and the villagers of your previous village will not be homeless as well.

All you need to do is, place a new Village Square in a different location and you can travel between your villages using vehicles.
