During the 20th Xbox Anniversary celebration, which is also the 20th anniversary of Halo: Combat Evolved, Microsoft and 343 Industries unleashed the Halo Infinite multiplayer component (with a beta tag) for PC and Xbox gamers to enjoy. While there are some known issues and bugs, and fans aren't exactly happy about the battle pass progression system, hundreds of thousands are already jumping in.
The Season 1 battle pass, entitled "Heroes of Reach" isn't the only way to get some free Halo Infinite rewards.
Here's how you can get several free Halo Infinite rewards in celebration of Xbox and Halo's 20th anniversary.
Free Halo Infinite rewards
Those enjoying the Halo Infinite multiplayer beta can pick up some awesome free rewards, without spending a cent.
Check out a list of the free rewards in the form of in-game items for Halo Infinite, in celebration of the iconic FPS franchise's 20th year anniversary.
- Platinum Anniversary Coatings - Colour your Spartan, AR, and Warthog (including its variants) in nostalgic shades of Green.
- I Love Bees Emblems - From a website glimpsed in an early trailer for Halo 2, it lead eagle-eyed players on an adventure: puzzling through webpages, emails, and actor encounters before culminating in an opportunity to play Halo 2 on the big screen before launch.
- "Assembled" Emblems
- Blue Team Weapon Charm - John-117’s own fireteam: those he trained with, battled the Covenant with, and who stood by him even when the UNSC did not.
- Heart Emblem Set - One of our artists took Escharum’s challenge in the Halo Infinite trailer quite literally…
Those are some nice cosmetic rewards to customize your Spartan with.
