Player houses are an important facet of Forza Horizon 5, as they provide fans a space to customise their character and buffs to aid them amass a vast collection of cars. There are seven houses available for unlocking in total, ranging in price and difficulty to unlock.
In addition to storage, having all seven houses will allow gamers to quickly travel around the Forza Horizon 5 map via the fast travel feature. There is also a special achievement that can be unlocked upon owning all of them.

Forza Horizon 5 player houses - Price and location
As mentioned, the player houses in Forza Horizon 5 vary in price and ease to unlock. There is no true order to unlock the different houses after the intro, allowing gamers to freely progress the career mode.
Follow along for a description of each house location and price to help you on your way to owning all seven and accessing the fast travel feature.
Casa Bella house
The Casa Bella house is located in the Southwest portion of Mexico and it's the first house gamers will have access to. The Casa Bella player house is available to unlock for free upon completing the career mode intro.
La Cabaña house
This house is located in the Northwest portion of Mexico near the coastline. The house only costs 150,000 credits and will unlock a Super Wheelspin and a new Barn Find rumour.
Lugar Tranquillo house
Along the beaches of Playa Azul on the East coast of the map, Lugar Tranquillo is available for purchase for 700,000 credits. Upon unlocking Lugar Tranquillo, gamers will be awarded the “Take A Picture!” Forza link line, Horizon Promo, and a Super Wheelspin.
Buena Esperanza house
Located in the Southeast of Mexico, the Buena Esperanza house is a beautiful rainforest retreat available for 700,000 credits. Unlocking this house awards gamers with a Chicken Suit cosmetic, Super Wheelspin, and a #185 Porsche 959 once owned.
La Casa Solariega house
This giant estate can be found East of Cordillera near the Teotihuacán pyramid complex. It's rather pricey, costing 1,500,000 credits to unlock and it will grant five Super Wheelspins, double Forzathon points, and the Green Crown player cosmetic.
Buenas Vistas house
The Buenas Vistas house is a glorious beach-front estate located on the Mexican West Coast. It's very expensive and rightfully so, at 2,000,000 credits, it will also unlock two Superwheel spins.
Hotel Castillo house
The grand estate of Forza Horizon 5, the Hotel Castillo is the most expensive house in the title. Located in the Northern portion of Mexico, this house costs a whopping 5,000,000 credits and features a perk of two Super Wheelspins and a Daily Wheelspin every day upon logging in to Forza.
Upon unlocking all seven houses, gamers will have the ability to fast travel to any road on the map.
