How To Get The Petit Punutiy Minion In FFXIV

Final Fantasy XIV's Dawntrail expansion added in a variety of new minions, some of which are too cute to ignore such as the Petit Punutiy minion. This manatee-like creature is a smaller version of Dawntrail's Punutiy, which can be seen pulling boats up river and plays a significant part in one of the expansion's new dungeons. 

How To Earn Petit Punutiy Minion In Final Fantasy XIV

The Petit Punutiy minion is one that all players stand the chance of earning, if they're willing to put in the time. It's a possible drop from the Ihuykatumu dungeon, albeit one with a fairly low drop rate. This is the first dungeon players working their way through Dawntrail will encounter, containing some tricky bosses and mechanics to learn. 

Ihuykatumu is a level 91 dungeon and can be undertaken in the main Duty Finder and Duty Support, though the latter has lower drop rates. 

In Dawntrail's Patch 7.0 release, 19 minions have been added for players to collect. However, of these 19, some are only obtainable via limited means. If you need a quick refresher, be sure to check out our guide to all of Dawntrail's minions.
