Diablo 4 Andariel's Visage Unique: How To Get

We are not going to beat around the bush on this one. You will need to get extremely lucky to find Andariel's Visage in Diablo 4. How much luck are we talking about? Well, it should be roughly the same (the maths on it is too hard) as winning at least a huge portion of a national lottery. 

To put things into perspective, Diablo 4 players have collectively played for hundreds of millions of hours since launch on 2 June 2023, and there is one confirmed Andariel's Visage drop at the time of writing. This drop took place on 25 June 2023.

Andariel's Visage can drop anywhere you can get a regular Unique item from, but the caveat is enemies have to be level 85+. To slightly increase your chances, we suggest running Nightmare Dungeons Tier 31 and above. After completing the dungeon, you get items as a reward, and we've seen many normal Uniques as rewards. Therefore, while the rarest Uniques in Diablo 4 can drop anywhere, you give yourself an additional chance by completing Nightmare Dungeons of Tier 31 or higher.

Andariel's Visage Stats & Item Power in Diablo 4

Just like all five other super-rare Unique items in Diablo 4, Andariel's Visage rolls at Item Power level 820. It is an incredible item for your Helmet/Head slot that all classes can use, and players can create entire builds around it.

Who Got The World First Andariel's Visage?

The world first Andariel's Visage drop occurred around 25 to 26 June 2023. A Barbarian player named Barbarian Lithie, aka YesYou, got the drop. It is important to note that this is the world first confirmed drop of Andariel's Visage, the ultra-rare Unique helm in Diablo 4. 

Polish streamer Nadin Wins showcased the super-rare Unique item on their stream from Lithie's drop and tested out the Lifesteal affix and that infamous Poison Nova effect, so check out the video below!
