Danny "zonic" Sørensen on Team Falcons: "It's Clear We Need Changes"

We saw NAVI smash Team Falcons in the opening match of Group A at the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024. Then, in the elimination match, despite some close maps, Team Falcons lost 2-1 to FaZe Clan and got eliminated from the tournament 4 in 7th/8th place. It's just another disappointing set of results from Team Falcons.

Following another devastating loss, James Banks interviewed Team Falcons' head coach, Danny "zonic" Sørensen. For those who don't know, zonic has five Major Championships under his belt. After being asked about the team's future and possible changes to the roster, the Danish coach said:

It is obviously not something I want to focus too much on while I'm at a tournament, but yeh, think it's clear to see that we need changes

What makes this significant is three factors. First, this is the first time a member of the Team Falcons squad has officially mentioned "changes." Secondly, there have been rumors that G2's Nikola "NiKo" Kovač, considered one of the best riflers in Counter-Strike history, might be a player Team Falcons is looking at. Lastly, Team Falcons likely has the means to acquire NiKo as a Saudi organization.

Who will we see get removed from the Team Falcons roster? Who will join? It's too early to tell at this point, but we know now with certainty that Danny "zonic" Sørensen has mentioned roster changes! Yes, that's quite exciting.
