Whether you're a newcomer or an experienced player delving into ARK Survival Ascended, your current player level holds significant importance, determining the Engrams, items, and specific creatures at your disposal. However, the process of attaining these levels can be challenging, as confronting the formidable and perilous creatures on the island poses a considerable risk.

Fortunately, there exists a handy trick allowing you to acquire nearly 100 levels in a matter of minutes, requiring only a specific Tame and one item. So in this guide, we will demonstrate precisely how to efficiently and quickly farm levels in ARK Survival Ascended.

ARK Survival Ascended Level Farming Trick: How To Gain 100 Levels Fast

When it comes to leveling quickly in ARK Survival Ascended, the best method boils down to killing enemies (as a lot of methods do). However, this specific lot of enemies can be found inside the Swamp Cave, which is also the cave that gives you tons of FLAK blueprints and the Artifact of the Immune for fighting the Dragon boss.

The location of the cave is shown in the map image above, and once you reach it, there are a few things you'll need first before running inside to farm the creatures. The first is a Gas Mask since the air inside the cave is toxic, as well as the Megaloceros as your tame, thanks to its knockback ability when it attacks.

You won't need any armor or special weapons either, just your tame is enough. So once you're ready, you can head inside and begin working your way through the chambers, killing all the creatures inside as they try to swarm you.

The strategy here is to aggro the creatures toward you, and then back up into the smaller side tunnels, which will funnel all the creatures into one spot for your tame to attack. Thanks to the Megaloceros's knockback, they won't be able to deal too much damage to you, and you can effectively spam its attacks to clear out any creatures funneling in.

This is also why we don't recommend using weapons since stopping your knockback gives them a chance to swarm you, so just keep knocking them back and clearing the creatures inside. Doing so for even 10 minutes will grant you over 80+ levels easily, all without having to take on tough and dangerous dinos.

This method also works well on repeat visits since you can run it once all the creatures inside respawn, making it a viable option even in the late game. So in summary, get your Megaloceros and Gas mask, and clear out the cave as many times as you want, granting you tons of levels each time you do.
