While finishing a map in full will net major rewards, just conquering territories with hidden rewards will net free packs and help players fill out their squad.

MLB The Show 24 Conquest Tips & Tricks

While it can be daunting as you first dive in, MLB The Show 24 Conquest is full of easy ways to beef up your collection even without playing a single full game. This Diamond Dynasty game mode is built around 3-Inning games, but the actual tile-to-tile Conquest of each map can be simulated for everything except an opposing team stronghold.

Strongholds need to be played, and the bigger your fan advantage the lower the difficulty it will allow you to play on. You can reinforce existing territories based on how many total territories you currently control, move reinforcements between connected territories, and even play games to steal fans each turn.

Every MLB The Show 24 Conquest map is different, but the same strategy will almost always work. If you're only looking to quickly grab the most accessible MLB The Show 24 Conquest hidden rewards, those not hidden in a stronghold, you can plow through any map in full without playing a single game.

As shown above, what you ultimately want to do is box-in your opposing teams. Surround any stronghold on the map with at least three reinforcements per tile. You may need to add a few each turn if they break into one tile, but as long as you keep an eye on these each turn it's easy to keep a stronghold under control as you continue working across the map.

The only time you'll be required to change strategy is if that specific map has goals that are turn-specific. For example, some maps have a reward for taking a stronghold before the third turn, and in that case you'll need to target the goal before calmly taking over all the map's non-stronghold territory.

If at any point things aren't going right or you feel you've lost too much ground, you can always restart the map. Hidden rewards won't respawn, but you can continue searching for others you haven't yet gathered and retry a different approach in finishing the map in full. As long as you keep the pressure on and beef up your reinforcements before attacking, you'll be able to play most stronghold games on Rookie or Veteran.

City Connect Mets Conquest Hidden Rewards Locations

Another City Connect map has dropped into Diamond Dynasty, and this time it's the New York Mets taking the spotlight. While the core of this map will be exciting for Mets or New York City fans looking to use their unique City Connect uniforms, there's a handful of other rewards on deck.

Fortunately, this map doesn't have any turn-based goals and has enough free space you can easily rack up the reinforcements to knock the whole thing out on Rookie if desired. On top of the rewards below, you'll also get a few good chunks of XP to push you along the Season 1 XP Reward Path.

Digging For Ks Hidden Rewards Locations

The latest addition to Conquest offers up 93 OVR closing pitcher Kendall Graveman to players as a final reward, but you'll have to complete the entire map to snag that one for your lineup. In the process, you'll earn a few more The Show Packs as you knock out each Stronghold.

There are no turn-based goals, but the Angels and Blue Jays blocking your path will make it difficult to build up the reinforcements early to knock out those on Rookie. However, you can easily knock out the full map on Veteran and maybe hit some of the later Strongholds on Rookie if you want.

With the new Jackie Robinson Day program, they've added another Conquest map packed to the brim with hidden rewards. You'll snag several packs and a bundle of Stubs, but the biggest benefit will be finishing this map.

There are no turn-based goals, so you can build up reinforcements until you can tackle all of these on Rookie if desired. Conquering every Stronghold will net you more packs, stubs, some Season 1 XP, and huge progress in the Jackie Robinson Day program.

Team Affinity Season 1, Chapter 2 Hidden Rewards Locations (TA - S1: C2)

While the first chapter of Team Affinity Season 1 kicked off with a trio of conquest maps, they changed it up for Chapter 2. Instead, this one large map has dropped and it's packed with several hidden rewards.

There are no turn-based goals, and you can conquer almost all of the map (minus the strip between the Braves and Tigers Strongholds) without playing a full game. If you're efficient with taking territories each turn, you'll likely be able to build up the necessary reinforcements to play most of these games on rookie, but they're easily playable on veteran after taking the full map. This map has repeatable goals for vouchers that will continue to net you Team Affinity progress after finishing the map multiple times.

They've now added the City Connect Phillies Conquest Map, and players can grab a few packs and some precious Stubs just via the hidden rewards. There are no turn based goals for this map, and a good bit of room to maneuver, so players can take their time conquering territories and building up reinforcements to play each game on rookie difficulty if desired.

Egg Hunt Conquest Hidden Rewards Locations

The latest addition along with the Egg Hunt program is the Egg Hunt Conquest map, and this one is fairly simple. With a significant amount of space to maneuver and zero turn-based goals, work your way across the map until you have everything except the strongholds.

Spring Showers Conquest Hidden Rewards Locations

While there's good news in that none of the Spring Showers hidden rewards locations are within a Stronghold, players hoping to complete all the map goals have a challenge ahead. To conquer the Blue Jays and Diamondbacks Stronghold in a single turn, you'll first need to defeat the Blue Jays on Veteran or higher then head straight for the Diamondbacks in a game that'll be on All-Star or higher.

Your third Stronghold for the next turn-based goal should be the Brewers, and you'll need to head straight there and beef up reinforcements a little to tackle that one on Veteran. After that, you can more comfortably conquer territories for a handful of turns.

In our run, we had the entire map (aside from the remaining Strongholds) under control by Turn 10 which left plenty of time to shift fans and finish those last few before Turn 15. You may be able to play some on Rookie, just be careful you don't run out of time on that last goal and end up having to start over.

Nation of Baseball is a classic and is often one of the most challenging and overwhelming Conquest maps to approach. However, it's definitely worth the time as you can score tons of free packs in this one map alone.

Batter Up Conquest Hidden Rewards Locations

While you should also complete Batter Up 1 and Batter Up 2 to snag their goal rewards, those two maps don't have any hidden rewards. However, you can snag one in Batter Up 3.

As shown above, there is one MLB The Show 24 hidden reward location in Batter Up 3 and it'll net you one The Show Pack. While not the best prize for a tutorial map, there's always a chance even standard packs are hiding a precious Diamond.
