A PC Willy's Wonderland beat-em-up game has been announced by QUByte Interactive, with a 13 June release date. The 2.5D title features Willy and all of his animatronic friends from the cult film, along with the Janitor and Liv. Willy's Wonderland is known for drawing on the fame of, and parodying, Five Nights at Freddy's, given the franchises' many similarities.
According to developers, the new Willy's Wonderland game is based on the cult film of the same name and features "a group of animatronics [that] come to life and slaughter people who dare visit Willy’s Wonderland." The game will be available on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X.
"Try different combinations of punches and kicks to perform different combos and make use of special techniques and powerful abilities to get rid of Willy and his henchmen," the game's official Steam page reads.
The new Willy's Wonderland title on PC and consoles seems to be a port of the mobile game of the same title, which was released by QUByte Interactive back in 2021. The mobile version of the game seems to feature near-identical gameplay and characters, music, and more. It's currently unknown as to just how different the PC and console versions will be compared to the mobile version, but from the trailers, the two look to be the same.
Developers announced the game with a release date trailer, showcasing gameplay from the upcoming title.
