Phantom Line, a co-op (1-4) shooter set in the post-nuclear European continent, just got a brand-new playtest today. Players who dive in to the terror will be tasked with working in an elite spec-op unit working for Mortfield Industries through its H.U.S.K. program. Through H.U.S.K, tacticians can transfer their consciousness between artificial bodies.
"We are proud to present what we have been working on since the last playtest and hope you are as excited as we are," the game's developers write. "The game is still in pre-alpha as we work towards closing the core gameplay loop. The team and I want to thank you all for your eagerness, support, and feedback that has helped shape the new playtest!"
As an elite H.U.S.K operator, you'll need to contain the anomalies that threaten the fabric of the universe. But thankfully, you'll be able to do it in style, with the ability to not only customize your H.U.S.K, but also your cabin, to show off your achievements. This new playtest also includes new guns, weapon attachments, and night vision.
The demo is accompanied by a brand-new trailer. Check it out for yourself just below:
"Humanity is at war – to fight the anomalous horror, you must turn into one yourself," developers warn. Phantom Line's playtest demo is live on Steam now, and fans can grab a key from the official Phantom Line Discord. The game does not yet have a set release date, as it's still in a pre-alpha state.
