Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl has just been announced, the latest platform fighting game coming later this year.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is a platform-based fighting game with a lot of similarities to the Super Smash Bros. series, but developers promise that the game will feature a lot of its own unique features and gameplay elements.
The game is being developed by Ludosity and Fair Play Labs. Ludosity is known for the studio's excellent title Slap City, a platform fighter game praised by many fans of fighting games, so there are high expectations for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.

The game will have 20 levels on Day 1, including Jellyfish Fields from SpongeBob SquarePants, TMNT’s Technodrome, and many more.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl features
For now, we know very few details about the gameplay itself, but it has been confirmed that the game will feature a wavedashing mechanic, something that Smash players consider to be a must in a high-level play of Melee, which requires proper use of the technique.
The game will have both single-player and multiplayer modes, and you will be able to play it both online and locally with up to four players.
The great news is that the game will also have a rollback netcode, something that is considered essential for a lag-free fighting game experience.

It has been confirmed that the game will release on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in fall 2021.
