At BlizzConline 2021, Blizzard finally revealed Diablo 2: Resurrected to the world, and we've already got quite a few details about this project which is set to release sometime in 2021, including the PC system requirements. Now, Blizzard has reportedly revealed a few more details about Diablo 2: Resurrected's technical alpha, which you can sign up for right now.
Diablo 2: Resurrected alpha details
Blizzard has been tight-lipped about the alpha, which will release sometime later this year. Now, according to a report by PCGamesN, a few more details have been shared.
According to the report, the lead producer of Diablo 2: Resurrected, Chris Lena, claims there will first be a single-player technical alpha for the game, followed by a multiplayer stress-test.

Chris Lena explains: "We’re going to start with a single-player technical alpha, and then we’ll have a second technical alpha after that, which is kind of multiplayer and stress testing."

- Head to the official Diablo 2 website.
- Sign in to your Battle.net account.
- Click on "Tech Alpha Opt-In".
- Wait not-so-patiently for an email from Blizzard.

Signing up to the technical alpha of Diablo 2: Resurrected does not guarantee access, as you are only throwing your hat into the ring. Further, even pre-ordering the game does not give you access.
