Escape from Tarkov "Acquaintance" Quest - How To Complete

Escape from Tarkov provides yet another passive income vibe quest, having players scout all aspects of the maps looking for very specific items. Jaeger provides players with a foundation of success, having PMCs complete unfulfilling and boring tasks to start, then gradually working their way up to exciting, thrilling, and rewarding tasks. However, we are currently at the beginning of Jaegers questline, therefore, players are going to have to sit through and experience the pain of completing early-wipe tasks. 

Within this task, we're going to have to find (in-raid) and handover the following items:

• Find 3 Iskra ration pack in raid
• Find 2 Emelya rye croutons in raid
• Find 2 Cans of beef stew (Large) in raid
• Hand over 3 Iskra ration pack to Jaeger
• Hand over 2 Emelya rye croutons to Jaeger
• Hand over 2 Cans of beef stew (Large) to Jaeger

These items can be found all over the Tarkov region; players should be ready to embark upon the tedious task of looking out for cans of beef stew, croutons, and ration packs! Most of us dreamed of taking out high-profile targets with 50cal setups, instead, we're looking for supper.

How to Complete Acquaintance In Escape from Tarkov

This task, like the other early wipe tasks, is best completed in the form of a "passive" task. A passive task provides players with the quest of finding items "in-raid" meaning you'll likely complete the task with/without directly focusing on it. Meaning, you should directly focus on main (exciting) tasks that don't require finding items in-raid. You'll eventually come across the above items and be able to hand them in whenever. 

If you'd prefer to complete the task directly, here's what you need to do:

• Load into a customs raid (pistol loadout with backpack)
• Run to Fortress on the Customs map
• Loot all crates around the building and loot spawn locations 
• Check surrounding Loot buckets for food spawns 
• Extract
• Repeat 

All these locations and loot areas can be found here in the Customs guide. It's a matter of finding these items in-raid, it's all based on statistical loot spawn chances and whether or not you loot the items before anyone else. Once finding the items, hand them over to Jaeger and collect your quest rewards.

Here are the following rewards for the task:

• +3,900 EXP
• Jaeger Rep +0.01
• 50,000 Roubles
  • 52,500 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1
  • 57,500 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2
• 1× SurvL Survivor Lighter

Despite not being a large payout, players get to rest easy knowing the task is complete and over. Honestly, the find-in-raid tasks are the worst and it's nice to get them out of the way. Once completing this task, Jaeger unlocks the following tasks:
