Sea of Thieves Season 6 has finally arrived, boasting a content-rich update, with all-new Sea Forts, a new Pirate Legend Voyage, new Emissary Ledger rewards, Commendations and achievements. Beyond this, there is also a new Plunder Pass, boasting even more prizes across 100 levels.
To put the cherry on top, developer Rare returns with yet another Twitch Drops event, offering exclusive cosmetics to players who tune into special Twitch live streams. Here's everything you need to know, including when the next event is taking place, how to claim rewards, and what cosmetics Rare has on offer.
How to get Sea of Thieves Season 6 Twitch Drops?
On their official website, Rare said, "There's nothing a pirate on the Sea of Thieves likes more than free loot – and with Twitch Drops, you can claim some just by linking your Twitch account to your Sea of Thieves account and tuning in to our special events."
To get started, follow the three steps below.
- Link your Sea of Thieves and Twitch accounts
- Navigate to the Sea of Thieves Twitch Drops website
- Login with your account
- Enter the required details
- Login with your Twitch account and authorise the linking
- Tune into a partner streamer's channel each day that Twitch Drops are active for a minimum of 20 minutes
- You can see which channels are eligible for Twitch Drops at the Partner Directory
- Claim your daily cosmetic drops for use in your adventures within 24 hours
You will receive a notification on Twitch when you have been awarded the item. You must then claim the reward, after which Rare will add it to your account. You might have to restart your game for the cosmetic to show up.
Sea of Thieves Season 6 Twitch Drops - Schedule and Rewards
The Season 6 Twitch Drops will be active from 11th March 2022 until 14th March 2022, beginning and ending at 10 am GMT. For each day, players can earn one of the following rewards.
- 11th March - Twilight Hunter Blunderbuss
- 12th March - Twilight Hunter Cutlass
- 13th March - Twilight Hunter Eye of Reach
- 14th March - Twilight Hunter Pistol
