One of the popular abilities in A Universal Time (AUT) called Tusk has made a return to 4.0 update. The ability has four acts (levels), each giving you unique powers which the stronger than the one offered by the lower act.
Tusk will grant user wormholes and nail shots with spin to create powerful long range shots. Here is how you can get it in A Universal Time.

Tusk Act 1 Obtainment
You can get it by talking to Gyro Zeppeli (Act 1) NPC that you will find near the top of Desert approach. He will give you a quest that you need to complete to get temporary Spin energy and you will then have to use Saints Ribcage on Standless to get Tusk Act 1.
However, keep in mind that if you leave server, you will not have the Spin energy anymore and you will have to get it again by completing the quest.
Tusk Act 2 Obtainment
Reach level 200 with Tusk Act 1 ability and then talk to Gyro (Act 2) NPC. You will find him near the park and he will give you Tusk Act 2 quest that you need to complete to get temporary Saint’s arms. Now, use it on Tusk Act 1 to evolve it to Act 2.
Tusk Act 3 Obtainment
Simply reach ascension 2 on Tusk Act 2 and use Dark Determination move. There is a 40% chance that it will evolve to Tusk Act 3.
Tusk Act 4 Obtainment
Getting Tusk Act 4 is a comparitively lengthy process. First of all, talk to Gyro (Act 4) near Alabasta, Desert and he will request you to investigate Funny Valentine. A timer will appear on the screen and in that given time, you will have to find four clues that spawn at random positions.
Once you have all the clues, talk to Gyro and he will ask you to kill Funny Valentine with Tusk Act 3. Once you do it, you will get Tusk Act 4. However, keep in mind that if you fail to complete the investigation in the given time, you will die and will have to start all over again.
