While you can improve your chances by purchasing Super Lucky or Ultra Lucky potions (these cost 99 Robux and 199 Robux, respectively), you'll likely still need to purchase a lot of Summons to unlock him. So, just keep that in mind, and don't be bummed out if you luck out.
