At the time of writing, there are four main areas that you can access in the game: Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, Karakura Town, and Wandenreich. Each area contains quests for you to complete, with some of them containing main quests (story/narrative-driven quests) as well as regular quests that you can take for the sake of leveling or farming for items.
