You can find the Secret Boss Fight in one of the locked rooms of the Deep Backrooms Event in Pet Simulator 99. These rooms are hidden deep within the maze, so you will just have to explore them to find them. There is no secret trick involved. Just keep track of your steps and ensure you're not walking in circles.

Eventually, you will find the locked door. To enter, you must find a Deep Backrooms Key in Pet Simulator 99. You can get one for FREE via the Backrooms Pack in the Exclusive Shop. However, you can also find it by destroying the breakables within the Backrooms event itself (you're welcome).
