There are two methods to get Null Shards in Slap Battles: you can either claim them from Daily Rewards or get them as rewards by participating in Slap Tournaments. A third pay-to-win method will be added at a later stage, allowing you to buy this in-game currency outright with Robux.

Once you have enough Null Shards in Slap Battles, you can use them to buy Crates. Each contains special Slap Effects, ranging from Uncommon to Mythic rarities denoted by different colors. At the moment, there are only three types available for purchase:
