The Cryogenic Canal is located inside a giant cave at the northeast end of the Northern Expedition, just before the fourth camp in Fisch. Its exact coordinates are X: 20130, Y: 670, Z: 5486. To fish there, you must descend all the way to the bottom—so make sure you have your scuba gear ready!
Note: To reach the Northern Expedition, you must enter a portal at coordinates X: -1733, Y: 137, Z: 3820. This will teleport you to the middle of the ocean. The Northern Summit island is located southeast of that spot.
