The best way to navigate the maze in Lana's Lore Quest is to look for the fairy light around you. If you see it, go to that direction and look for them further in the maze. If you don't see them, go back to the place where you saw them last and try out another path.

As long as you keep seeing the fairy lights, you are on the correct path. Just keep an eye on the traps and obstacles on the way as they will take away your health.
