Roblox Anime Defenders is a tower defense game in which you can deploy your favorite anime units to fight against enemy waves. Each hero in the game has its own unique abilities that you can activate to kill enemies quicker.
In the starting waves, you can pick any heroes; however, as the enemies keep on getting stronger, you need to be much more strategic and should summon the units that are stronger than the others.

Best Units In Anime Defenders — Tier List
The units in the tier list are listed under five levels explained as follows:
- S-Tier: The best units in the game, taking into account the current metagame.
- A-Tier: Units that are remarkable and very good, useful for whatever situation you face.
- B-Tier: Good units who are good enough to use if we don't have the best.
- C-Tier: Not-so-bad units, but they should be replaced by better ones as soon as you get the chance to do so.
- D-Tier: The ones you must avoid and they should be used only if you don't have a units to fill in a specific role.
Now, without any further ado, here's the updated tier list of Roblox Anime Defenders:
- S-Tier: Ant King, Skull Warrior, Esper, The Gamer, Chance Taker, Prince of Curses, Elf Wizardess, Sharpshooter, Bloomer, Pink Rockstar, Ice-Admiral
- A-Tier: Flame Dragon King, Thunder Hokage, Lava Admiral, Ascended Saiyan, Carp, Ant King, Cursed Sorcerer, Gray
- B-Tier: Strongest Swordsman, Light Admiral, Master Swordsman, Inferno Commander, Four Tails, Pink Shinobi
- C-Tier: Dragon Slayer, Spirit Hybrid, Straw Hat, Rukai, Cursed Nail
- D-Tier: Shinobi, Base Saiyan, Pirate Hunter, Soul Reaper, Krill
While this tier list ranks different heroes from best to worst, you are encouraged to use the ones that you are comfortable with. That said, exploring new options might give you a new favorite hero.
