The Wukong Staff is a special and very rare drop from the Wukong boss, located in the Wukong Dungeon in West City. The drop chance for the Wukong Staff is only 0.5%, so be prepared to grind a bit before it drops. Thankfully, grinding this boss for other items it drops is also necessary.

The reason you need to grind the Wukong boss is that it drops items needed to awaken the Wukong Staff and unlock its final move. Specifically, you'll need 1 Wukong Energy (with a 2% drop chance) and 10 Wukong Shards (with a 10% drop chance) from the Wukong boss. Once you have both of these, you can take them to the Wukong Awakener just outside the dungeon to fully awaken the Wukong Staff.
